Great location, doesn't feel suited for families. We (couple with two little kids) stayed in the family room for two nights. Though the location was really good, we found the room inconvenient for all of us : - We were on the second-third floor, there were many stairs and no lift that could take us to our room. In general, it's not an issue but when traveling with a baby stroller, it is. - The room had no closets for clothes, so we had to leave everything in our suitcases. - Though the room size (total) is not so small, it is organized pretty bad, leaving a very small space as a "living space". - We had a bag with dirty clothes, that the cleaning personnel managed to throw away, so don't leave bags with dirty cloth in the bathroom. On the positive side : - The location is really nice - The stuff that we had interaction with, seems to be nice - Probably our impression would be better if we were only two people in that room instead of 4.

The personnel is great. I had some troubles with the electric sockets at the desk. But the personnel responded quickly. The shower water flow rate is too low. The bed was great.

Wonderful 3 night stay. Best breakfast during our 3 week bike tour. Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful including calling the Nantes airport several times trying to locate a bicycle that did not arrive to the airport with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fabulous hotel in the Graslan area !! Centrally located and within walking distance of all where you’d want to be !! Hotel is spotless, bedrooms comfortable and guarantee a good nights sleep !! The bread is excellent!! Staff are very friendly and efficient !! Have stayed here four times and shall return again !!!
